  For mums birthday I brought her here to get manicure and pedicure. I now take her here every two weeks on a regular basis because of her first visit. The ladies know exactly what they are doing.

  The store is always messy inside, they don't used fresh/clean tools and they always cut me when getting a set, I also found they use MMA which is super dangerous and deadly!

  No joke. This place is AFFORDABLE and PROFESSIONAL. I came here earlier this week to get Acrylic nails and shellac. I have NEVER seen the price so cheap for both. My nail technician was extremely friendly, bubbly and understanding. I explained what I wanted done, shape and colour and everything was absolutely perfect. I’m proud to call myself a regular. Amazing work guys! Thanks heaps. Will be back 200%!!

  The WORST experience ever. Firstly, the place was filthy. Leftovers from previous clients not cleaned away. Dirty hand pad. So I had to be careful where I put my hands. Really a waste of time, because the tools hadn't been cleaned, let alone sterilised, as i realised later.
  
  In quite a revolting, unhygenic and uncomfortable setting the technician starts to take my shellac off. Burnt me a few times, no worries, it happens. Got to my right thumb and suddenly the pain when she twisted my thumb, reminded me of my mystery injury, which appears when the joint is under duress. So I explain I have an injury, and to be careful with that thumb. I assumed it was a mistake, as I've never had my fingers twisted in the 100s of manicures I've had.
  
  We go on, and there were some annoying moments, like that she didn't grind the shellac off enough, and after 10 minutes of my fingertips soaking in acetone, none of it came off. So the time and discomfort of her removing it with the grinder thing was unprofessional, and I was worrying about her skills at this point.
  
  But the twisting of my thumb... she kept doing it, and it was extremely painful. Then a twist that felt like my thumb was being ripped out caused me to scream, and most likely swear, and explain again, that she was really hurting me. This caused another client to start abusing me, telling me I need to stop whinging, and calling me rude etc. There were words, and all of this added to the building trauma of this situation.
  
  Then there were horrifying moments...The woman doing my nails then went and picked up a scraper from a bench, and wiped it clean in one stroke with kitchen paper... by now I'm getting very distressed about the hygiene standards, but all other salons were closed/closing, and being shellac, I couldn't leave and take it off myself. So I get my teeth, and dealt with it.
  
  Then she stabs hard under one fingernail with the same dirty scraper... aside from the pain, I'm almost at the point of being traumatised about what diseases or bacteria I could have just had stabbed under my skin...
  
  As soon as the last beep of the filthy UV machine went off, I got out. No, don't worry about the oil, gotta go! Then saw my thumb nail... all the agony, and now injured to the point I couldn't hold the steering wheel properly, or take my keys out of the ignition... the nail that got stabbed is throbbing too. But this is what I suffered for. I picked a gun metal grey btw, so she used the wrong colour too.
  
  I will point out here that my injuries both require medical attention.
  
  I can't post a pic, however am saving as evidence.
