  Not professional. Bad customer service. Not happy to help. Do not fit glasses just use guess work. Happily take money but dont spend 1 minute fitting your glasses. Constantly needing to return for them to make more guess work adjustments. Was only show 2 pairs of glasses, my first ever purchase, wasnt show any cheap glasses, pointed directly to the Oroton, single mum 5 kids. No other option or choices were shown. Also i wasnt ever fitted. And am expected to keep going back every 2 days so they can keep ruining the $600 NEW GLASSES I JUST BOUGHT. twisted and stretched, and still cant see.
  They want to blame the customer for not wearing them correctly, how can i if they never have fitted.
  Over $600 for something i can see out of that dont fit me. No apologies just rude and want to Blame the customers. Getting a full refund and off to be correctly fitted at OPSM. Should've gone there to begin with.

  Sadly very rude staff at the front desk who think it's o.k to tell you are not entitled to a new pair of glasses in front of others waiting.
  As a member of GMHBA I was entitled to a new pair of glasses this year.
  So now I need to go back to get something I was entitled to today.
  To the staff at the front desk you are extremely judgemental and know nothing of the circumstances of anyone that walks in to seek a service.
  I am a carer of a young man with complex needs and made the appointment while he was in respite as it is difficult at other times.
  Would not recommend at all.
