  Appalling customer service! Barbara has surely reached retirement age, rude! Unhelpful and unbelievably slow!
  Refused to verify my signature as it didn’t match the one they had on file from 2005, when I’ve only been a customer since 2015! Exact date could be provided but oh no, they were right somehow someone opened accounts in my name when I was 15 and signed for me! JOKE
  
  CBA need to review the staffing here, Anna the assistant manager would be the rudest I’ve come across! Waited 30 mins for my partner to bring his id down from work to verify on our joint account, only for her to then close her tellers front of us and turn her back as soon as we got to the front of the line!
  
  Have gone straight to the top with the conplaint and today refinanced our mortgage elsewhere, all accounts closing along with share portfolio moving!
